How to apply agile principles and practices at an elementary school

I’ve got someone who took the agile principles & practices, applied them in an elementary Montessori school and achieved awesome results. Engaged and focused students gained meaningful learnings in short bursts. Daily morning circle meetings kept kids focused and the realization of not looking at failure as bad thing gave students the confidence to take chances.
