First Grader Scrum Board

My son and me have been experimenting with a Scrum board since he was in Kindergarten. We put things like eating veggies, fruits, practicing piano and violin on it. It was a traditional Scrum Board with three columns – To Do, In Progress and Done.

Today he modified that Scrum board to the following:

To Do Just Started In Progress Almost Done Done

I was amazed at how he chose the just started and  almost done columns.  How often you have heard team members say, “I just started that task,” or “I am almost done?”

Now you know, it all starts in Grade 1.
