A doctor attends 30 meetings a day, what’s your number?

30 is the average number of patients that a doctor sees every day. Move on to the next patient, you have 12 minutes to make an assessment on someone’s life.

How many meetings a day do you attend as a project manager? Is your window of attention more than 12 minutes? Maybe you are becoming like today’s doctors, constantly moving to the next meeting, no time to stop and ask how people are doing?
